Taylor Gord parts and service department worked hard to make sure our vehicle was evaluated and fixed in a timely manner.
Always quick, friendly service. They even serviced the truck with the dog sleeping shotgun. Free shuttle to work when I have to drop the truck off. Use of office space when I have a meeting to jump on.
The service dept. went above and beyond from the time I initiated a call until the time I picked up my auto. They identified the issues, kept me informed and were so professional and friendly. Top Notch

I am very unhappy. I went there to find out what was wrong with my ford fiesta. They called me and told me I owed them $435 dollars. For diagnostic fee and reprogramming my clutch. They said the car was doing much better. But I needed a clutch , mass air flow sensor and a catalytic converter. The total bill would be $4800 on top of the $435. So I asked why you would PROGRAM a CLUTCH that needed replaced. He didn’t have an answer for that one. And charge me $250 (by the way I never okayed them to repair anything) But why ... One of the best experience I have had purchasing an SUV. Confirmed the deal and drove 5 hours to get there. Less than 30 minutes later we were back on the road. Easy to deal with and always got the answers. Would use them and/or recommend them to do another deal. Very happy with the results.

In for regular maintenance. This went ok. Ask about 100,000 mile maintenance. This was going to be between $800 and $1800 depending on if the dealership broke spark plugs taking them out or putting the new ones in. This is unacceptable.

We went to the dealership to look at a 2015 Ford Edge and we drove it and liked it. We discovered that there was a new 2018 Ford Edge. Our salesman was very patient with us and worked on the paperwork for both vehicles.
